Yoga Studio

At WildKat Body Mind & Soul, we have created a peaceful sanctuary where wellbeing comes first. Designed with the calming feel of a zen garden, our studio combines soft lighting, tranquil water features, gentle aromas, and a warm atmosphere to help you step away from the stresses of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

We offer both in-person classes and online courses that support your body, mind, and soul through movement, mindfulness, and balance. We are currently offering yoga classes, but we have Pilates and Pregnancy Yoga coming soon! Our classes help you improve flexibility, mobility, strength, posture, and overall wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Our classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, as poses can be modified to make them more accessible or more challenging depending on your experience and goals. Every Yoga class finishes with a deeply relaxing meditation and savasana, with optional lavender eye pillows available to help you fully unwind and leave feeling calm, refreshed, and restored.

Pricing

£10 per class

£36 for 4 classes (credits)

Credits are valid for 8 weeks in case of missed classes and holidays

Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel a class

Therapy room (for hire)

£15 for 1 hour, £25 for 2 consecutive hours, £10 an hour for 3+ consecutive hours.
