Kat - Founder and Yoga instructor

Born in Kent, my journey into yoga began in childhood when I became captivated by a photograph in one of my mother’s books of a woman sitting peacefully in lotus pose, radiating calm and serenity. That image stayed with me, and during my teenage years I began practising yoga myself with the guidance of a well-loved book. It quickly became a lifelong passion.

In my early twenties, I started attending regular yoga classes and, inspired by the profound impact yoga had on my own wellbeing, eventually trained to become a yoga teacher. Alongside this, I pursued a career in education, training as a Science teacher and teaching for seven years before joining the Royal Air Force in 2013.

I spent 13 years serving as an Air and Space Operations Officer, gaining invaluable experience in leadership, resilience, discipline, and personal development. In 2026, I fulfilled a lifelong dream by creating my own health and wellbeing business and opening our beautiful yoga studio in Liscard.

I am a qualified 500-hour yoga teacher, Level 4 Nutritionist specialising in plant-based nutrition, Level 4 Personal Trainer, and mindset facilitator. My approach is holistic and grounded in the belief that true wellbeing comes from nurturing the body, mind, and soul together.

Outside of work, I am a proud mother of seven children and grandmother to three grandchildren. I have always felt most at peace in nature and love the countryside, animals, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Nikki - Yoga instructor

"Hi I’m Nikki I’ve been teaching Hatha yoga for two years.

I completed a two year in person 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Adamo School of Yoga which is an accredited British Wheel Of Yoga qualification.

I am registered with the BWY as a teacher and I have a valid first aid certification.

I am a qualified level 2 Reiki healer and a passionate Tropic skincare ambassador. 

I regularly get left and right mixed up and I’m easily distracted by birds.

My favourite things are yoga, being in nature and cake.. always cake."

Lucy - Yoga instructor

"Hi, I’m Lucy! For me, teaching and practicing yoga isn't just something I do—it’s a huge part of who I am. I truly believe that yoga isn't about how flexible you are; it’s about connecting to your breath and using your mat as a space to become more of who you already are.

My own yoga journey began almost twenty years ago, leading me to qualify in 300hr Vinyasa, Yin, and Pregnancy Yoga. Alongside my yoga journey, I am an Early Years teacher with a Master’s in Child Psychotherapy. I have two wonderful daughters who are my biggest teachers on this journey.

I am absolutely passionate about all things well-being, and nothing brings me more joy than sharing the benefits of yoga with both adults and children alike. I can't wait to welcome you to the mat."

Zoe - Yoga and Pilates instructor

"Hi, I'm Zoe.

In March 2024, I completed my 400-hour yoga teacher training with Shiva Yoga Hatha School⁠, and sharing yoga with others has become one of the most meaningful parts of my journey. I've been teaching yoga for over two years, and I continue to learn, grow, and deepen my practice through ongoing study and personal development.

Along the way, I fell in love with Pilates too. I initially began training in Pilates to support my own health and wellbeing, and it opened up a whole new connection with my body and mind. I'm now a qualified Pilates Mat Instructor and have been teaching Pilates since January. I love creating classes and sequences that build strength, improve mobility, and encourage a deeper mind-body connection.

I am also a Sound Healer and Angelic Reiki Practitioner, and I enjoy incorporating mindfulness, relaxation, and energy awareness into my offerings to help create balance and wellbeing.
My passion is movement in all its forms and creating a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable to explore their practice.

Whether you're joining me for yoga, Pilates, sound healing, or a combination of all three, my intention is to help you feel stronger, more connected, and more at home in your body.
